We offer ample room for tables, chairs, and catering setups, giving you the flexibility to create the perfect layout for your guests.   • Cost per hour: $1,500 (Minimum of 5-hours to book Venue)
Rates Include
  • Space
  • Free WiFi
  • 2-3 On-Site Staff
  • Preparation of Ranch Before Event (cleaning, watering down area, etc.)
  • Cleaning (after event)
  • Four Restrooms (electricity, sink, soap, hand dryers, one restroom disabled accessibility)
  • Sink with Hot Running Water (in stable area under roof)
  • Private Changing Room with Large Mirror for Quinceanera in Stable Area
  • Two Security guards
  • Dance area
  • 72” round tables with white or black linen and padded wooden (white, brown or black chairs).
  • Cocktail tables with (white or black stretch linen)
  • Your bartender can use our bar (needs to be licensed and supply liability Insurance)
  • Large Wagon Table (with wheels) Available for use for main event table, or other
  • Smaller Wooden Table with Wheels, Available Use for Setting Gifts or other Items
  • Setup Can Be Under Oak Trees, Cemented Area, Pool Area
  • After Deposit Received, You’ll Have Access for day before event to drop off any items from Hours 6pm – 9pm
  • Vendor List (request if needed, after deposit).
  • Event date: Vendors will be given access to set up with plenty of time before event.
Ready to Book:

Pay $2,000 Non-Refundable Deposit / Balance is to be paid 30-days before event date (by 12p.m. noon).

Payment Methods (Zelle / Debit / Credit):

Zelle your payment to our Business email at: [email protected]. Debit or Credit card payment; please provide your email address so we can send you an invoice with a payment link. After payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation by text or email every time.  

Rental Contract

Please allow for 2-3 days to receive a rental contract which will require your signature. We will also require Identification for adult responsible to pay for the Venue.

Event Date Change

Please understand that if an event date change is requested after a booked date, A new $1,000 deposit fee will be required.

Music for Ceremony

No large live bands due to our location which is in a residential area with nearby neighbors. Preferred Music includes Mariachi, Violinist, Saxophonist, DJ (we have preferred DJs) If DJ is not available; you will be able to bring your favorite DJ (Music volume will be monitored).

Parking

30 vehicles will let into our Venue only (to avoid blocked parking) Our staff will direct your guests on where to park; rest of guest will park on Turnbull Canyon Road. If interested, inquire with our team about the option to contract a Valet company.

  • Coffee Station: $500
  • (Includes coffee, cups, stirrers, napkins, creamers, 5-gallon champurrado, and Mexican bread / conchas)
