Our outdoor venue is designed to offer ample space for gatherings of all sizes, whether you’re hosting an intimate memorial or a larger celebration of life. With multiple areas to choose from, you can set up for a formal service, followed by a seated dinner or lunch for guests. We provide flexible options for arranging tables, chairs, and catering, allowing you to personalize the space to reflect the spirit of your loved one. The open air and stunning natural surroundings make it a perfect place to gather, share memories, and find comfort in a tranquil setting.

Family and friends Count:
  • Up to 150 Guests
  • Cost per 1st Hour: $1,500
  • Next hour(s): $900
  • Arrival Time: (Supply start and end time)
  • Liability: $500 (refundable; if no damages and that Venue is cleared by end time contracted)
  • Appointment: $50 (1-hour) Zelle to business account: [email protected] or by credit card; supply email and invoice will be sent for you to pay. We will reach out after to offer availability dates for your visit.
Rate Includes:
  • Space
  • Free Wifi
  • 2-3 Staff to be on site
  • Preparation of Ranch before event (cleaning, watering down area)
  • Cleaning after event
  • Four bathrooms; with electricity, sink, hand soap, hand dryers and (one restroom is disabled accessible)
  • Trash Cans Around Location
  • If having a Bartender (Rancho Los Felix’s Bar can be used), do need Liability and Certificate from Bartender.
  • Sink with Hot Running Water (in stable area with roof)
  • Large Wagon Table (with wheels) Available Use for services / (photos, remembrances etc…)  
  • Smaller Wooden Table with Wheels, Available to use for (coffee / snacks or other)
  • Setup: Can Be Under Oak Trees, Cemented Area, Pool Area
  • After Deposit is received, You’ll Have Access the evening before event date; to drop off any items from 7p.m.- 9pm.
  • Vendor List (request if needed, after deposit).
Ready to book:

Pay your: $1,000 (Non-Refundable Deposit), balance to be paid 1-week before event date (by 12pm noon).

  2. Debit or Credit card, please provide your email address so we can send you an invoice with a payment link. After payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation by text or email anytime you pay.
Rental Contract:

After Deposit is paid; please allow 2-3 days to receive a rental contract which will require your signature. Copy of Identification from adult paying for Venue is required.

Music / Projector / TVs:

No large live bands due to our location; which is in a residential area with nearby neighbors. You are able to bring; Mariachi, Violinist, Saxophonist, DJ (we have preferred DJs), option to bring own speaker or sound system and movie screen or TVs to set up.

Parking

30 vehicles will be able to enter the Ranch arena for parking-staff will direct guests on parking. Rest will park on Turnbull Canyon Rd. If interested, inquire about option to contract a Valet company.

Additional Rental Options:
  • Wooden Chairs $4 each (Color options: black, white, light or dark brown with pad).
  • Tables (72″ round tables) $15 each
  • Linen (Table cover: Black or white) $15 each
  • Heater $75 each
  • Coffee Station: $500 (Includes coffee, cups, stirrers, napkins, creamers, 5-gallon champurrado, and Mexican bread / conchas)
  • Catering Pricing: $20 per person (Buffet style Mexican)
