Rancho Los Felix offers multiple spaces that can be customized to suit your event’s layout. You can easily set up for a lunch or dinner, with ample room for tables, chairs, and catering services. Whether you’re planning a buffet, picnic-style meal, or a more formal lunch, our open spaces provide the flexibility to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for your employees and guests. Details and Rates

Guest Count
  • Up to 100 Guests (request quote for larger guest count)
  • Cost per hour: $1,500 (minimum 5-hours)
  • Arrival Time: Supply start and end time

  • Space only
  • Free Wifi
  • 2-3 Staff to be on site
  • Preparation of Ranch before event (cleaning, watering down area)
  • Four bathrooms; with electricity, sink, hand soap, hand dryers and (one restroom is disabled accessible)
  • Trash Cans Around Location
  • Two Security guards
  • Wooden dance floor
  • (Added) 72” round tables with white or black linen and standard white plastic chairs
  • (Added) Cocktail tables with (white or black stretch linen)
  • Your bartender can use our bar (needs to be licensed and supply liability Insurance).
  • Sink with Hot Running Water (in stable area with roof)
  • Large Wagon Table (with wheels)
  • Smaller Wooden Table with Wheels,
  • Setup: Can Be Under Oak Trees, Cemented Area, Pool Area
  • After Deposit Received, You’ll Have Access for Friday Before Event Day to Set-Up (if needed) Hours 6p.m. – 9p.m.
  • Vendor List (request if needed, after deposit).
Deposit

$2,000(Non-Refundable Deposit)

Payment Methods

Acceptable payment methods include Zelle and Credit Card. If paying by Zelle, please send payments to [email protected]. If paying by credit card, please provide your email address so we can send you an invoice with a credit card payment link. After payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation by text or email. 

Rental Contract

Please allow for 2-3 days to receive a rental contract which will require your signature. Copies of adult Identification is also required. Rental payments are required in full no later than1 week before event date (no later than 12pm).

Music

No live bands due to our location in a residential area with nearby neighbors. You are able tobring your speaker and / or sound system. Preferred Music includes Mariachi, DJ (See our preferred list), Violinist, or Saxophonist.

Parking

Our staff will direct your guests where to park (inside our arena area, when full parking will be on Turnbull Canyon Rd). If interested, inquire with our team about the option to contract a Valet company.
