Pay $2,000(Non-Refundable Deposit) / Balance will be due one-month before event date by 12pm (noon).

Please allow for 2-3 days to receive a rental contract which will require your signature. Copy of responsible adult paying for Venue will need to supply Identification.
No large live bands due to our location in a residential area with nearby neighbors. You are able to bring Mariachi, Violinist, Saxophonist, your speaker or sound system or our preferred DJ (if our DJ is not available, you will be able to bring your own DJ). Music noise will be monitored.
30 Vehicles will be able to part inside the Venue arena and spaces provided (to avoid block parking). Our staff will direct your guests on where to park; other parking will be on Turnbull Canyon Rd. If interested, inquire with our team about the option to contract a Valet company.
