We offer ample room for tables, chairs, and catering setups, giving you the flexibility to create the perfect layout for your guests. Guest Count
  • Up to 100 Guests
  • Cost per hour: $1,500 (Venue hours: 4p.m – 11p.m)
  • Can add more time before 4pm (cost per hour $850.00)
Rates Include
  • Space only
  • Free WiFi
  • 2-3 On-Site Staff
  • Preparation of Ranch Before Event (cleaning, watering down area, etc.)
  • Four Restrooms (electricity, sink, soap, hand dryers, one restroom disabled accessibility)
  • Sink with Hot Running Water (in stable area under roof)
  • Private Lighted Room with Large Mirror and Chair for Quinceanera in Stable Area
  • Two Security guards
  • Wooden Dance Floor
  • (Added) 72” round tables with white or black linen and standard white chairs
  • (Added) Cocktail tables with (white or black stretch linen)
  • Your bartender can use our bar (needs to be licensed and supply liability Insurance).
  • Large Wagon Table (with wheels) Available for use for main event table, or other
  • Smaller Wooden Table with Wheels, Available Use for Setting Gifts or other Items
  • Setup Can Be Under Oak Trees, Cemented Area, Pool Area
  • After Deposit Received, You’ll Have Access for Friday Before Event Day to Set-Up (if needed) Hours 6pm – 9pm
  • Vendor List (request if needed, after deposit).
  • SATURDAY Can visit within hours of 11a.m. – 1p.m to finish setting up INCLUDED: Photoshoot (1-hour with your photographer) with our (Black) Frisian horse {If want a white horse, there extra cost an extra charge}.
Deposit

$2,000 Non-Refundable Deposit)

Payment Methods

Acceptable payment methods include Zelle and Credit Card. If paying by Zelle, please send payments to [email protected]. If paying by credit card, please provide your email address so we can send you an invoice with a credit card payment link. After payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation by text or email.  

Rental Contract

Please allow for 2-3 days to receive a rental contract which will require your signature. Copies of adult Identification is also required. Rental payments are required in full no later than1 week before event date (no later than 12pm).

Event Date Change

Please understand that if an event date change is requested after a booked date, a $1,000 date-change fee will be required

Music for Ceremony

No live bands due to our location in a residential area with nearby neighbors. You are responsible to  own speaker and / or sound system. Preferred Music includes Mariachi, DJ (See our preferred list), Violinist, or Saxophonist.

Parking

Our staff will direct your guests where to park (inside our arena area). If interested, inquire with our team about the option to contract a Valet company.

  • Heater $75 each
  • Coffee Station: $500
  • (Includes coffee, cups, stirrers, napkins, creamers, 5-gallon champurrado, and Mexican bread / conchas)
