The open, spacious layout is ideal for accommodating a large guest list, with ample room for dinner tables, chairs, and catering setups. You’ll also have plenty of space for a dance floor, allowing guests to celebrate under the stars.

  • Private Lighted Room (with large mirror and chair for couple) in Stable Area
  • Large Wagon Table (with wheels) Available Use for Ceremony 
  • Smaller Wooden Table with Wheels, Available Use for Gifts or Other
  • Setup: Can Be Under Oak Trees, Cemented Area, Pool Area
  • Vendor List (request if needed, after deposit).
  • Coordinator and if any Vendors – To contact us for set-up time.
Ready to Book:

$1,000 (Non-Refundable Deposit) / Balance is to be paid in full 30-days before event date.

Rental Contract

Please allow for 2-3 days to receive a rental contract which will require your signature. Copy of adult Identification is also required.

Music for Ceremony

No live bands due to our location in a residential area with nearby neighbors. Preferred Music includes Mariachi, DJ (We have preferred DJ), Violinist, or Saxophonist.

Parking

30 vehicles (inside our arena area), staff will guide, rest of guest alongside Turnbull Canyon Road. If interested, inquire with our team about a Valet company.

  • Setup/breakdown fee: $200
  • Chairs $4 each
  • (color options include: white, black, brown wooden chairs with pad)
  • Heater $75 each
  • Coffee Station: $500
  • (Includes coffee, cups, stirrers, napkins, creamers, 5-gallon champurrado, and Mexican bread / conchas)
  • Catering Options (Buffet style-Mexican) / Cost $20 per person (100 guests)

Wedding Reception

  • Cost per hour: $1,500 (minimum 5-hours to reserve)
  • $1,000 Damage & End of event security deposit (refundable if no damage and that guest have left by contracted end time).

  • Day before event: can drop off items between: 6p.m.-9p.m.
